Elyte and Cnyce are the spoiled children of the Vynil Connection in Boston, with masters like Frankie Knuckles, Dimitri From Paris or the own Dj Caril Mitro, who would teach them all the elements of a set that boasts, from knowledge of musical history, mix , programming, creativity, performance and experience. And there the legend was forged. Soon they would be touring the world under their unique musicality, the capitulation of house sounds, dressed in subtle jazz ornaments, the nostalgia of a time without equal and the crisp futurism that continues to spin like a wheel.

After a presentation with remixes for artists like Laid Back, Metronomy, Little Dragon or DJ Harvey, and a perfect DJ Kicks with Wolf + Lamb, they presented their first feature in 2012, 'EFUNK' was an ode to music, a culmination of his sonorous influences to date. With it was born Soul Clap Records, a framework for his own funky family and a focus of undiscovered talent from his hometown of Boston, and beyond, to keep the vinyl torch lit. Soul Clap Records also completes the trinity now known as Crew Love, a family formed with Wolf + Lamb and Double Standard Records.

WOLF + LAMB

Some wild extremes make up all that Wolf + Lamb is. Extroverted and introverted, vegan and carnivorous, cancer survivor and social saboteur, it is to be hoped that no association like this can last a long time. But for more than a decade, these differences have only provoked the seismic energies that Zev and Gadi bring to dance music. They have never worried too much about the current trend: for being "fast enough", "hard enough" or "good enough" to win the favor of the public. Music with passion, that moves hearts and not only feet.

From the underworld of Brooklyn in 2005, they have been able to create a family of friends that goes beyond enjoying life. A showcase of talent, pioneers and masters of house, hip hop horticulturists, desert communitarians and urban nomads, smart entrepreneurs and anarchic autonomous creators. Promoters of artists such as Deniz Kurtel, Nicolas Jaar, No Regular Play or Slow Hands. A special ability to keep everything together: Crew Love.

The man, the myth, the sexual creature called Nick Monaco is a transforming artist who always intrigues, tempts and delights. Like a butterfly climbing from a delicate chrysalis, Nick Monaco is a majestic sight for the eyes, and especially for the ear. EMMETT KAI

Emmett Kai is one of the new faces of the union of the labels that make Crew Love. Young, insightful, creative, versatile, poppy, pimp, analog and instrumental. These are just some adjectives of the masterful work in his debut EP just 3 months ago. An artist, based in the New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, who has and has much to say. This is just the stellar start to his career. We hope to see you where you are in a few years.
